Safe Youth Transportation Initiative Expands Reach

For many children living in isolated rural villages, the primary obstacle to education isn't tuition—it's the journey. Walking several kilometers along unsafe roads in harsh weather leads to severe absenteeism and early dropouts. To solve this, Support Sri Lanka Foundation has expanded its safe transport grant program. By partnering with local community transport providers, we now provide safe, reliable, and funded daily rides for over 80 students, ensuring they arrive at class safely, on time, and ready to learn.
